It presents the fundamentals of nutrition applied to these sports in a practical and targeted way, helping to optimize players' health and performance.

Main objective
- To train nutritionists and nutrition students in the application of nutritional and dietary strategies, as well as to make other health professionals aware of the role of these strategies in optimizing the sports performance of tennis and padel athletes, taking into account the specific physiological and nutritional requirements of each sport.
Specific objectives:
- Understand the physiological differences between tennis and paddle tennis;
- Estimate the energy and nutritional needs of tennis and padel players;
- Know how to apply nutritional and dietary strategies in the pre-, intra- and post-match periods;
- Evaluate the need for and effectiveness of supplementation in tennis and padel;
- Recognize the importance of nutrition and diet in injury prevention and recovery;
- Apply the knowledge acquired to a practical case
