Since 2013, the Jornadas Clínicas Espregueira (JCE) have had the honor, pride and technical-scientific and logistical responsibility of welcoming more than 500 people to each edition. We have been rated with five stars in the categories of speakers, staff and location. Over the last 9 years, more than 3,500 professionals and students in medicine, physiotherapy, nursing, nutrition and sports science, among others, have benefited from the JCE. The JCE is a unique event, with a major focus on traumatology and sports rehabilitation, but it is eclectic. Physical exercise and food and nutrition sciences have played an increasingly prominent role and have earned the interest and applause of all participants.

The JCEs offer a unique, inclusive and favorable context for discussion and the development of knowledge and skills. The quality and the opportunity for professional development and networking that the JCE offers are recognized by the people and institutions that accompany us and make each edition a transformative event.

The JCEs make a significant contribution to enabling professionals in the health and life sciences to establish professional synergies. They enable them to do so in harmony of concepts and to develop safe and effective professional practice, with a positive impact on professional practice and on the well-being and health of society.
